These people right here… they are the ones that kept me goin’ through this crazy year! All of my weddings but six were postponed, so the large majority of the work I did this year was engagement sessions. It was SO good to get out and spend time with all 17 of the engaged couples I shot this year, and it was making me THAT much more excited for 2021. It’s going to be an amazing wedding season, especially considering all of these wonderful engagement shoots!

This year, we shot at a variety of places. Some new, some old, tried-and-true favorite spots, including: Milwaukee’s Third Ward Riverwalk, Lake Park, Retzer Nature Center, Frame Park Formal Gardens, Lapham Peak, Marquette University’s St. Joan of Arc Chapel, Seven Bridges, Picnic Point (Madison), the State Capitol, the Wrigley Building (Chicago), First Presbyterian’s courtyard (Chicago), downtown Waukesha, Pewaukee Yacht Club, and Klode Park.

As evidence of the long sleeves and orange leaves, I shot almost half of all of my engagements in the fall, so enjoy seeing those fun pops of bright colors sprinkled through the gallery! I kick off my 2021 wedding season in March and it won’t slow down until the end of October, and I just CANNOT WAIT to see each of these humans on their big day next year (and *hopefully* give you a huge hug! Lord knows I need it after 2020 😉 ).
