Boy do I love a good Madison wedding! There’s something about having the Wisconsin state Capitol building as the backdrop to your day that I just adore. Spending the day alongside Libby and Emir just added to the total wow factor- talk about some amazing people!! They met in a science lab and are both independently becoming doctors in different fields. On top of their wicked smarts, they have to be some of the kindest and fun people in any room. We were smiling and laughing all day long!
Libby and Emir shared their first look at Libby’s grandparent’s house overlooking Lake Mendota. The sentimentality behind this location was palpable on all accounts. Their dog, Major Red, also met us here to say a quick hello 🙂 Libby and Emir tied the knot in Monona Terrace’s West Circle, and then danced the night away at the stunning Park Hotel. Theoretically, anyone could have an amazing celebration with such amazing venues and decor, but to me- it was their group of family and friends that really set this apart. There was so much love in the room, it was just incredible.
