It was a beautiful September day for Ashley and Kyle’s Chenequa Country Club wedding! The weather was perfect- not too hot, not too cold (something I love about September!!)- and Beaver Lake seemed to sparkle in the sunshine. From the first time we spoke, Ashley and Kyle told me they are “lake people”: they love being on the water. It seemed that it only made sense for them to get married in a place that holds so much significance to them AND that was so close to the water!

All throughout the day, you could tell 1) how much Ashley and Kyle love each other and 2) how much their family and friends love them. It was a day full of celebrating from the moment I got there to long after I left the packed dance floor! After their first look, Kyle surprised Ashley with showing her her newly upgraded wedding ring. It was such a special moment and one that I don’t normally get to witness, which made it extra special for me. The look on her face was priceless- scroll to see for yourself 🙂

Ashley and Kyle- thank you for having me there to celebrate alongside you all day long! It was a joy and a privilege, and I am so excited for you two to officially start your marriage together. Cheers to you, McConnells!
