Everyone, meet Lauren and Peter!! I have been WAITING to photograph these two for almost a year, and was so excited when it was finally time for their engagement photos. Lauren chose to take some photos at Klode Park (which was a first for me!) and I just LOVE the way they pop off the lake in their photos. I certainly plan on shooting more Klode Park engagement sessions soon because it was literal perfection there! We then took a quick trip downtown to the Riverwalk for a few more laughs + portraits. The whole night was lighthearted and fun, and it was such a joy to be with them along the way!
From the very beginning, these two have felt like friends instead of clients to me. Early on after booking, Lauren and I were on a Zoom call together. We had covered everything we needed to talk about but found ourselves on the call for literally an HOUR after our “work talk” was done; swapping recipes, learning more about each other’s families, and everything in between. Having that level of connection with my couples literally makes my heart SING so I can only imagine the goodness that is to come for their wedding! Lauren and Peter are getting married next August at Shully’s Watermark and I know it will be incredible in so many ways!!
