From my first moment meeting Lauren and Adam, I knew they were going to fall in the category of “Client Friends” instead of just traditional clients. Their warmth and levity made every interaction fun and genuine, which I believe translates through their images. They are the type of people who would be there for you at the drop of a hat, and being their friend is truly such an honor!
We started the day at Lauren’s parents’ house and headed over to St. John’s Military Academy for their first look and portraits. Mass followed at one of the most beautiful modern Catholic churches I’ve been in, St. Charles Catholic Church in Hartland. There were tears all around, in one of the more meaningful ceremonies I’ve had the pleasure of witnessing. After a few more portraits at the Delafield Fish Hatchery, we headed to Boerner Botanical Gardens for dinner and dancing. Lauren surprised all the ladies present with a special “girls-only dance” to “This One’s For the Girls,” a song special to her and her mom. It was such a lovely tribute and the dance floor was packed!
Lauren and Adam, I adore being your photographer and friend! I look forward to seeing where life takes you two and am so lucky to witness it from afar. Hugs!!
