When I think of Haley and Joe, the first word that comes to mind is fun. They are easygoing and funny, always making people feel so comfortable in their presence. Their personalities shone through in so many ways throughout their wedding day, from Chick-fil-a late night treats to a Bucky the Badger appearance and so many things in between. Joe said it best when he said, “we have so many things here for you tonight- a photo booth, an ice luge, Scratch ice cream, cigars, and a packed dance floor. If someone asks you tomorrow how the wedding was and you say, ‘boring,’ that’s on you!” That might go down as one of my favorite lines I’ve ever heard in a bride & groom speech! But at the heart of it all- Joe and Haley planned an incredible day and night of fun and you could feel their touch in every aspect of it.

They held their ceremony overlooking the practice green at Lac La Belle. Stunning white floral arrangements lined the aisle and made for a stunning backdrop for a wedding. You couldn’t have ordered better weather- high 60s and sun all day long. The guests headed over the The Carriage House for dinner and the rest of the night’s festivities.

It has been such an honor to witness Joe and Haley go from boyfriend and girlfriend (when I met him at Joe’s sister’s wedding!) and to see it come full circle now that they are married. I love them and their families and the fact that I got to be with them through it all! Joe and Haley- thank you for having me along for the ride!
