Introducing Melissa and Clayton! We chased the brightest fall colors all throughout their session and looking through these, you can tell we were VERY successful 🙂 Melissa and Clayton chose to start their session at Milwaukee’s beautiful Lake Park which had the most beautiful red and orange leaves! Melissa even brought along a fall bouquet from Belle Fiori for their portraits which added the perfect additional pop of color!

Melissa and Clayton both work as air traffic controllers for Milwaukee’s General Mitchell Airport. It’s my first time meeting someone that does that job, and let me tell you: I was enthralled just listening to them chat about the ins and outs of their work. They could stand next to me and look up in the sky (Lake Park is on a flight path which made for lots of planes!) and tell me what airline the plane was. SO IMPRESSIVE! They met on the job, and while they don’t have any desire for an airplane themed wedding, it was so fun to snap a few photos of them when they naturally just turned towards the sky as they heard a plane approaching.

Melissa and Clayton are getting married at The Carriage House next September, and I’m already dreaming of their lakeside portraits and watching these two get married! Until then, here’s Melissa and Clayton!
