Here’s my 19th and FINAL engagement session blog for 2019! I included a few from Miranda and Zach’s session in my Best of Engagements post yesterday, but here’s the full peek into their winter engagement. It’s always exciting for me to meet people in person after talking with them virtually for months, and this was especially true with Miranda and Zach! Though they booked me months ago, they opted for winter engagement photos so this has felt like a long time coming!! Something that struck me from the first email Miranda sent me was her attention to detail- in telling me how they met, their plans for their wedding- everything. This made me SO happy, as I instantly felt connected to them, their love story, and their upcoming wedding day.

When it came to their engagement photos, they were quite literally pros. I made a joke a little while in like, “wow, have you modeled before?!” and then 30 minutes later actually asked, “No really, have you modeled?” They were that good! I always love a couple that can be completely themselves even in front of a quasi-stranger with a camera. It makes me so excited for their wedding next August in Lake Geneva!!
